This brick built mid-19th Century house hadn't been touched since the 1970s, so retains lots of lovely features such as fireplaces and cornicing. We have kept as many of these as possible whilst  extending the property so it has a large, open plan kitchen, separate utility, garden and shower room, as well as four reception rooms and four bedrooms.

We also have planning permission for a garden room which could be used as an office.
