This brick built mid-19th Century house hadn't been touched since the 1970s, so retains lots of lovely features such as fireplaces and cornicing. We are keeping as much of these as possible whilst  extending the property so it has a large, open plan kitchen, separate utility, gym and shower room, as well as four reception rooms and four bedrooms.

We also have plans for a garden room which could be used as an office. As you can see, work is well under way.
