develop currently has three properties on the go and a future project in the pipeline at Broadstairs, Kent.  

Project 1 is a detached Georgian family home in Blackheath with a large garden, so ample room for extending.

Projects 2 and 3 are being developed to be four-bed family homes in a quiet street in Lee, south east London.

And Project 4 will be a 'passive' (sustainable) beachside development on the clifftop at Broadstairs.
