develop currently has three properties on the go - two in Lee, London and a big project in the pipeline at Broadstairs, Kent.  We have also recently completed Project 1 - a detached Georgian family home in Blackheath with a large garden.

Projects 2 and 3 are being developed to be four-bed family homes in a quiet street in Lee, south east London.

And Project 4 will be a 'passive' (sustainable) beachside development on the clifftop at Broadstairs.
